5. What Personal Data Do You Collect?
We may collect some or all of the following personal data (this may vary according to your relationship with us):

- Any other personal information that you choose to provide to us when you complete our new account application form
6. How Do You Use My Personal Data?
Under the GDPR, we must always have a lawful basis for using personal data and the lawful basis we use to process your details are legitimate. This is because the data is necessary for our performance of a contract with you. Our legitimate interests are as follows:

- Supplying our products and services to you.
- Personalising and tailoring our products and services for you.

We may also use your personal data for marketing purposes, which may include contacting you by email, telephone or post with information, news, and offers on our products and services. 7. How Long Will You Keep My Personal Data?
We will not retain data longer than is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable laws or regulations, or to enforce our legal rights.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as long as needed to provide you with our services. We retain information relating to financial and accounting records for 6 years to comply with HMRC requirements.
8. How and Where Do You Store My Personal Data?
We take every precaution to protect your information. To this end all personal information stored by us is kept on servers in a secure environment. Only qualified and elected members of staff who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information.
We regularly review policies and procedures to ensure that our systems remain safe and secure for your protection. We will not transfer, process or store your data anywhere that is outside of the European Economic Area.
9. Do You Share My Personal Data?
We do not share your personal data with any third parties.
In some limited circumstances, we may be legally required to share certain personal data, which might include yours, if we are involved in legal proceedings or complying with legal obligations, a court order, or the instructions of a government authority.
